Our Services
Cervical Screening
Smear tests are available by contacting reception. Our practice nurse routinely carries these tests out. You may also book with a GP.
Test Results
All results have to be checked by the doctor so we ask that you ring between 3pm - 5pm. If the results are normal you will be told this directly by the receptionist. If there is a problem the receptionist will give you further instructions e.g. to repeat results by a specified date or to make a routine appointment to see the doctor.
Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding the results.
