Reception

Cylene Arthur (Office Manager) & the reception team

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.

As a practice we aim to provide a high standard of care to all our patients however on occasion you may feel that we could have done better, or you may have an issue that you wish to bring to our attention. If this is the case please request a complaint/comment form from reception.

You may also contact the practice manager on (028) 9441 3940 or practicemanager.z00330@gp.hscni.net . We will always try to resolve the matter with you, however if you would rather not contact the Practice directly then you can refer the matter to the Complaints Officer, HSCB, 12-22 Linenhall St, Belfast, bt2 8bs. Tel:(028) 9536 3273.

Please note abusive verbal or physical behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated. Behaviour of this type will result in removal from the practice list.
